You have a point...but it just scares me. If they can do it now...then what says they won't pressure another company that we haven't bailed out. If we accept any form of socialism/communism it only gets worse. Line upon line....precept upon precept! King Obama has a plan for the auto industry! God help us!

Obama or McCain we'd still have the same **** going on.....

Every president since JFK has been a puppet for corporate america. Every single one, elected or challenging was carefully selected so that they could do the work of the people who made it possible for them to get where they are.

Obama's no different from Bush. He's not ending the war in Iraq, he's moving it to Afghanistan. The same defense companies that have bagged riches from that war will keep on rolling in the money from the next war.

Obama pledged to protect the American market and back out of NAFTA and the like. He has since not acted on it.

The only thing that has changed is that people were catching on to Bush so these guys wanted to introduce a guy that appeared the exact opposite but in reality would play the cards the same.

2008 was the perfect time to play the race card to get him in. And it worked fooling everyone into thinking America would be making good changes. Instead it's just like Coke, great new look, same great taste......

Bingo....its called the free market! If a company fails... a more efficient/competitive one will arise or buy the one that failed out. Let it run its natural course!

Wow, capitalism, what a consept.
This is just the beginning.
Obama's team is asking for unpresidented contol over the financial markets with the ability to sieze ANY bank "they" deam necessary.

The other nations around the world are all condeming what Obama is doing with the bailouts and the trillions being dumped into our economy.

Currently we as a country wouldn't qaulify for entry into the EU. How pitiful is that.
