What's the pros vs cons on either one?
I have used both in the past years.. We are putting two BD kits on new pros.
We need to put something on them so I wanted to get some ideas from what everyone else thinks is better to use for.. Tuning, friendlier for the customer easier to understand?..
Thanks

air fuel gauge is awesome for tuning and getting settings dialed in. after that I want an egt for making sure I'm keepin at a safe temp on long pull's. on a side note you'll notice in any video's burandt uses a egt on his sled's

Where is the best place to pull power for an AFR gauge if one was to install it on a pro with a boony's kit?

If your using a koso it will work with ac or dc. I pulled power off the ac connector that I plugged the intercooler fan into.

There is a DC power output right above the primery clutch. Comes from the small DC converter that sits together with the AC regulator.
2 wire connector with noting attached to it. Don,t remeber the colors, but I will recon it was red/blue striped, and black.

the guys at BD said i could only run an o2 sensor or an egt why is that? if i hook up both is the sled going to be able to run the extra voltage load? thanx

I can't remember what company of gauges posted the disclaimer but it seemed KOSOVO advised not to use A/F ratio sensor on a non EFI application. Anyone know why that would be?
