nytro ?

I was wondering how the nytros are holding up? I had heard that they had some bulk head or tunnel problems(weak)bending. Have never ridden one only sat on one and the running boards seamed to flex a little much. Also how do they ride, carve, handle? Is the stock performance O.K. poweer wise? Or do you have to dump a good chunk of money into it to get it to perform? I know reliabilty is good.

A little searching and you'll find plenty of reading in front of you....1100 hard miles on mine and no issues. Yes, the boards will flex, and mine "dip", but I'm 235 lbs and will bend any board over time (you should have seen my Rev in '06!)....

The running boards are weak but the rest of sled seems to be bulletproof. I put 1750 miles on mine last year which included tons of jumping and multiple crashes. Only real damage was a bent a-arm front hitting a tree which was my fault anyway. I think it's about the most comfortable chassis out there and handling is second to none. Like any sled, you have to customize it to fit your right.

The running board issue is not a problem after you install better boards on the nytro.
As for the rest of the sled. Its surprisingly holding up well. Im no kneivel or anything but I do my fair share of logging if ya know what I mean.
The subframe on the other hand needs some attention. Mine was good for a long time until one of those logging trips. Now it wont stay straight.:D
