my nytro tunnel is folding its bowing out in the middle on both sides:eek:
I don't jump this sled never rolled it i can't figure what the problem is. Only thing i do is wheely once and awhile it is turbo'd. I have timbersled drop bracket on it and a 174 tunnel extension. I guess i will have to put on a new tunnel this summer. Is the cr tunnel alot stronger then stock tunnel? thanks

Too skinny of drop brackets. The Yamaha ones are 12 inches wide for a reason, the timber sled ones are 3 inches wide front to back. Did the same thing to mine. Did it bend right at the drop brackets?

yes they did..... i guess the timbersled drop bracket are not very good:eek:I might have to fab some new ones up that are wider

any pics of where its bending? sweet now i can look forward to the drop brackets bending my tunnel. will the cr drop bracket work with the t - sled skid?

I am not saying it will happen to everyone just happened to my sled and three other sleds we have here.

yep my stock tunnel is doing the same, with the timbersled drop brackets,,looking for a tunnel also,,dont think it will be a timbersled one,,the k-mod drop brackets look good i think i'm trying those on my new tunnel,,she's gonna make it the rest of the season like it right now,,no time to much riding left to do lolol

Mine buckled at the junction where the tunnel extension is attached to the main tunnel about 4 inches behind the timbersled brackets. My skinz side extensions fixed it all up. I don't think in my situation the timbersled skid brackets made any difference. Last year I was fine before I modded my tunnel removing the foot rails and putting the spare gas tank far back.

here's k-mod drop brackets you can see they are built heavier i made my bumper long enough to tie in with them. not to worried about bending.
