Nytro supercharger problems

I have a stage 2 charger and am having problems with my lower pulley on the charger coming loose and breaking the taper lock bushing, anyone else having the same issues? I have already broke 2 of them and my top pulley keeps coming loose. Help Please

The key way is to tight. Take a small file and file it until you are able to move the pulley on and off without and binding. Call Mac if you don't understand what I'm saying. It is an easy fix!

I have broken 2 taperlocks and have been very careful to make sure tolerences are correct. Have replacements coming tomorrow, I will post when ready and have ridden.

I used some taperlocks that I received from a bearing company out of Spokane, Problem solved

i have had simalar problems with my apex blower...the set up on those pullys are like something farmer would build..how is mpi doing.. i heard that everyone quite and there having some problems
