So Guys I pretty much Finished my build. I had a MPI 180 kit. I wanted More power so I upgraded to the MPI stage 1 kit. As Boost is addictive I decided to go with a head shim .60 and a split gasket, for future turbo upgrade. I adjusted timing to powderlites spec. I also added MotoPsycho Fuel bridge. Everything started off really well it fired right up first time i Cranked it over. RPMs were 1400-1500RM at Idle. Took it out for a test drive for about 30-45mins. But when I got it home it started bogging down, got it the shop and she no longer wants to fire. I've pulled plugs and shes getting fuel. Spark seems to be weak and hard cranking. Not throwing any codes and TORS is bypassed.

Its almost what it seems like its crazy flooded. I changed out too new plugs and took a torch to burn out the fuel in the cylinders. I never did try a new battery, But I had the charger on it to provide the power for cranking it over.

Sad thing is I ran outta time to work on it due to me moving to British Columbia. Sled will stay at the farm till I come back to work on it. But all Ideas will at least point me in the direction of troubleshooting it.
 
If you think it's flooded. I had to hold the throttle wide open and crank it over with a battery booster on it for almost a min. Once it fired just kept doing that till it would run on its own. Bin good ever since
 
It was bouncing anywhere Between 12-14 pounds. I had the BOV open to atmosphere but corrected that problem and hooked it up to Vacumm. But It ran unreal when I gave it WOT in bursts. I was Hitting the REV Limiter if I held it to long. I had a clutch kit i was going to put on after the test ride to dial my RPM's In. Another thing I can't figure out is MY TPS in DIA mode shows closed at 16% and WOT shows a max of 88%. When I bought the machine they put on a rize bar and cable extention. I tried adjusting it every which way so I can Hit the 95-96% If I'm mising 12% throttle I'm wondering if my cable is not actually showing 28% open at Idle

It is pretty easy to do the tps calibration with the Power Commander. Hook up your laptop to it and get it all connected to the sled. If you go into Power Commander tools and then calibrate it will show you the calibration tool for it. It walks you through how to do it from there.
 
Yeah I've tried re-calibrating through power commander. Quite easy to do. I tried resetting at re calibrating a couple of times to no avail. That's why I'm on here to see if I'm over looking something that's possibly holding me out. I've double checked the install manual a couple times just to see if I missed something
Small like the vacuum tube on the BOV like I did
 
I've also hooked my aftermarket AFR gauge, and the lighting to my temp and boost gauge to the fuse box blue/ white intermittent power supply. I wouldn't be sucking so much power from those accessories to be weakening my starter and coils would I?

doubt it they make a lot of juice.if you have vac line off or missing it will idle fine but will pop like crazy when you give it gas.
 
Hmmm, Well I'm completely baffled. I'm Up at Work here for a week maybe she might fire after sitting for a bit. I think i'm gonna have to buy a compression tester to check the cylinders, I'm beginning to lean more and more to thinking its the timing. Not that pulling the engine is a big deal, Just more a pain in the A** after all the work. although I'd like to explore all options before resorting to that. What Compression should I be seeing with a head shim? maybe Try another set of new plugs?

I already Orderered a new one last week before I left for work. I switched the TPS between my 12' and 09' nytro with no noticable difference
