Ok i have a 240 MCX nytro that was running great last weekend at about 15 psi now i am only getting about 12 psi , nothing has changed other than it sat for a week. Could the TCV be frozen up ? everything looks fine. Any ideas ?

If you are riding the same area at different boost levels then it may be frozen. If you are at lower alt it will boost less. Do you have a tunnel block off plate? need way more details to help.

I am riding at the same place as last week , i have a block off plate in the tunnel. i tested the tcv and it is working , i checked the wires going to the tcv and they are good, i took all the vaccuum lines off and they are free and clear , my outerwears on the air intakes are clear . The tcv is dry and not plugged. I don't know what else to look for. Oh ya i checked the donuts on the flanges and they are good.

Check for a possible leak on the intake side. If you have a boost gauge that displays negative pressure it should be about negative 5-6 pis at idle. Has peak rpm changed? Has temperature drastically changed? It is quite common for the charge tube to wear a hole in it at the front of the tunnel if there was not sufficient clearence drilled in the bulkead upon install. This will cause a sudden recuction in boost that gets gradually worse. Good luck.

I have good vac at idle , the weather and conditions were just about exactly the same. I got in touch with MCXpress and he told me that the wastegate probably needs adjusting . I ended up shortening the rod by 2.5 turns , does that sound like a little much? I am sitting at about 14 psi here at 2200 feet. I am starting to think that the auto adjust deal isn't working anymore. I think i will order up a hallman pro rx and just manual set .

My understanding is that this kit should be around 12 psi at sea level, is that about right? When i first installed it i was roughly 14-14.5 psi here at around 2200 feet , that was right out of the box. So i am thinking that the auto adjust was working bringing the pressure up from the base setting off 12 psi at sea level up to my 14 psi at 2200 feet. So i just adjusted the rod to get my 14 ish psi back, does 13.5-14 psi sound about right for pump fuel at 2200 feet? Headshim is installed.
Thanks for the help.

By the book at 2200 feet you should be at approx 12.7 psi. No two sleds are alike so it is typical to see a +.5- psi fluctuation between machines. At 14 that is a little higher than average for that altitude.

I got a liquid filled auto meter that i had zero'd here at home at 2200 feet. So to see about 13 - 13.5 psi would be acceptable ? Thanks for the help.
