at the end of last year i replaced the header and installed a used trail tank. sled ran, and then i put it in storage. today i tried to start the sled , i noticed the fuel pump wasnt running. i realized that the back 10 fuse was blown, replaced and loaded onto the trailer. after the drive home i tried to start the sled again and the fuse had blown. any idea's?

Id guess that you have a bare wire. I would start by pulling the tank and see if it pinched something

If it was a 08 there is a possibility that the wiring on the left side by the lower motor mount is worn through. There was an update from yamaha to ziptie the harness to the frame. I have seen a couple having issues similar to yours because of it.
