Nytro Gas Tank Oring fitment

Ok removed the pump to install the MCX dealie and the O ring is crazy big....whats the ticket to shrink it back down? MCX says let it air dry?? Tried the heat gun but that didnt work....any options?? thanks Brendon

ive heard putting it in the oven on a lower temp works but have not tried it.

parker o ring lubricant is really nice and tacky. i use it all the time at work. it will prolly help out.

When I was installing my S/C I let mine air dry and it shrunk back down.

cold worked for me, cant remember if i used the fridge or the freezer, doubt it matters, have also heard that enough time will work as well.

froze it for 12 hours and its still a ton big.....like a ton

I just did this on mine. It is a little big because it actually needs to be rolled so the V points outward. It does take some paitence but it should be the right size after the roll.

Don't mess with a fuel leak right on top of your exhaust
It's bigger because it absorbed something from the fuel or you streached it when you removed it, either way, it sounds like it's done for

I got it...warmed it up real good and rolled it like the one guy said and I got it.....thanks guys
