Nytro Front Shocks

Hey guy's still looking to replace the front shocks on my nytro, just wondering if anyone has any or knows of any that are available, I would perfer GYTR"S or Ohlins

Put a set of Float Evols on last week. Work great and are highly adjustable. No comparison to the regular Floats.

where did you get the evols, do you have a part number?

part number for the Evols is 850-52-020
c-c 17" (which work well, front end sits 1/2" higher with 75psi in main chamber) and 5" stroke.

also, you will need a 3/8" spacer on the bottom shock mount.

so i thought that the stock shocks were 17.5 c to c, how much were the evols?

have you had any problems with the upper shock mounts bending

I just purchased a set of GYTR's for my MCX Nytro from this place http://www.yamahasportsplaza.com/pages/parts/viewbybrand/default.aspx

The GYTR's come stock on the FX Nytro base chassis. Search for that sled under the parts finder. About $600 for a set of them. Talk to one of their parts guy's for about an hour making sure it will work...I will have them this week and will try to post whether or not the are the correct size.

Thanxs for the info, i have a set of gytr's on back order, but i am hopping i got the hook up on some ohlins! let me know how tha gytr's work for ya

Call EXIT shocks www.zbrozracing.com The engineer that designed and builds EXIT shocks used to work for Ohlins in their ATV race department, so their shocks should be as good or better than Ohlins. I have a set on order and will hopefully be installing them this week.
