Nytro for the wife?

She is currently riding a 07 Phazer MTX and is complaining that she doesn't have enough throttle to get out of a deep turn. So what do you think about a nytro? She is 5'7" and 130 pounds with gear and can flick that Phazer around at will but will she be able to with the nytro?

I did the exact thing for my wife. Went from the Phazer to the Nytro MTX. She likes the power but it is a bit of a handfull for her to throw around. She has tipped it over a few times just because she doesn't have the weight to counter the lean angle at times. Getting it stuck, for get it, also rolling it back over from its side she needs assistance.
I just ordered WCS front end kits and timbersled skids, hopefully this will help some. I put GYTR clicker shocks on hers from the FX 121 and now she likes the front handling much better. Im going to leave hers at 153 and Im taking mine to the 162. Im going to flip her track and I may put the 2010 rails on if need be.
She is 5'6 125

my wife has been riding the fx nytro for the last two seasons. she has issue with rolling the sled back up if she turns too tight but, that is just the nature of the beast. get her a better track right off the bat, that was the best money we spent on her sled. also check out rockmiester on totallyamaha. he has a controller you add to the nytros to get more bar warmer output. well worth the coin for the girls and people with cold hands. ski

I rode the new 2010 nytro this weekend for the 2nd time and love it, i am 5'6 120lbs.

What kind of snow were you in? Can you elaborate a little about what you loved about it?

I'm thinking about getting a couple 2010's next year and my wife is about the same size as you. I'm also not sure which track would suit her best. The 162 would obvioulsy have better floatation for crawling at slow speeds (less stucks?) but I wonder if it would be harder to handle. Did you get to ride both?
