Nytro Exhaust turnouts

I read a post a while back that said people were having a hard time getting Nytro exhaust turnouts. I believe most said that Yamaha had discontinued them. I just wanted to do a quick post to let you know we have a bunch of them in stock if anybody needs them. They are $33.00. They are polished chrome.

the issue is, the MCX mufflers (that i've seen) don't have any 'pipe' coming out of the muffler.

unless you can slip the pipe into the outlet and tack a few spots around the sides..

can't be too tough to make work, but not as simple as 'clamp on'.

I got a piece of aluminum mandrel bent pipe....cut out a turn out and tigged it on....worked all season no issues and hauled gas ever time

i welded something similar on my mcx kit as well.

on the stock pipe i just used a mandrel bent pipe and used a t bolt clamp to clamp it over top the stock tip.

Hey Thistledoo refresh my memory on your tunnel. I seem to recall reading last spring that you custom built your extension with the kickup like that am i right? Looks real sweet

yamaha pulled their stock last year until a disclaimer could be put in the instructions about the heat, fire danger associated with putting anything flamable close to the exhaust including the exhaust equipped with the turn out. they are availble now.

I'll try to get some pics up Monday. The only disclaimer on the turnouts in on the back of the package it says "NOT FOR MTX". Why?????? Idunno
