Nytro Exhaust Cover

I have removed the 6 crown nuts that hold the muffler cover in place on my Nytro however, I still can't remove the cover. This is the cover directly under the seat. Do you have to remove the muffler via the rubber plugs before you can remove the cover itself? Any help would be appreciated.

you got it. you remove the muffler bracket bolts through the plugs and remove the muffler than the cover
