New Diamond S Titanium Tunnel is 28 pounds lighter than stock, picture shows polished tunnel, it can be painted any color. Will be running a 6 pound, full length U cooler, which eliminates radiator and stock cooler, subtract another 8 pounds. Brackets can be added to tunnel for choice of suspension. This one will have an EZ ride suspension, pics to be added. Add a BOSS Rev Seat for more comfort and weight savings of 3 pounds less than stock. Add a Rev Gas Tank for more fuel capacity and to allow for mid mount turbo clearance. Will have a broken down price listing for above parts by tomorrow. Thanks for compliments. Posted pics do show the REV Tank and Rev Seat.
The posted titanium tube tunnel is a production unit (with the exception that I need to know what suspension will be used in order to get suspension brackets in the right place. Pics of sled with titanium bulkhead and a-arms will be posted asap. These are all hand crafted according to what suspensions, seats, etc that you want to use so If you are serious about ordering one please call me so we can get you on the snow ASAP.

REV tank is and seat are too tall with stock yamaha tunnel so we build a 2" shorter tunnel to make accomodation, otherwise not hard to install. also make
standard height tunnels.
