Nytro Cam Timing???

Im putting my headahim in and need to know what to adjust my cams to when i reassemble??

should be in the directions. you will have to slot the holes that the bolts use holding the gear to the cam. slot it about the same as the thickness as the shim. you are lifting the head up, therefore rotating the cam forward. you need to slot the sprocket to alow the cam to rotate backward the same as the thickness of the shim.

 

[RACINSTATION]

Typically on a boosted application you are going to want less overlap on the camshafts. This means that you would slightly retard the intake and advance the exhaust. The correct way to do this would be to slot the cam gears or to use an aftermarket cam, or I really like the Powderlites kits because they come with a nice jig that is set up to guide you through this.

MCX and Powderlites both have different recommendations for cam timing.

Yup mcx is different from powderlites. Contacted High Altitude Boost and they helped me out, very good at answering my questions, seem to know there stuff and will help you.
