track decided it was going to turn NO MORE about 30 yds from the truck on Sunday....... :( I'll worry about it over the summer - hopefully just a bearing......

That really sucks but atleast it was 30 yards from the truck rather than 30 yards from the top of the last hill out of there.......:(

I will be there by 9am with the sled in tow, weather be expletive. Hope it at least stops raining enough so I can get my tent setup.

Is there anything we should bring? Those bright vests? See you guys there!

picking up garbage at Anderson

'bout 20 of us..... split up into groups that hit 4 miles of Baker Lake Road, headed up to roads to Blue Lake, Schreibers, and Anderson, and cleaned from the snow line to hood. This shot was from Anderson.

half a dozen or so folks rode after cleaning, club bar-b-qued some of the BEST steak I've ever eaten. We'll be heading back up this morning to ride :D

sure wish the hikers wouldn't leave their poop sacks behind....

I asked Ruffy to collect them as part of the clean-up - but he wouldn't

ya - we rode the hard pack

Thanks to Mike for organizing the clean-up

That's one sweet bbq the club has

We (CoyoteGirl, MAXMAN151, MTNSLDR and myself)hit the road pretty early, ran into the Prez on the way up.
A big "Thanks" to whomever grabed the garbage bag off of my trl. while we were out riding.
I was plesantly surprised not to see much garbage on the hill, I expected much worse.
Thanks to everyone who set this up and helped out.

We had a great time. We ended up with about 30 counting the ones that went up to the meadow. Karen (Soccerd6) also took a bunch of peeps upto Anderson-Watson. Pulled a lot of trash off the mountain and the highway in. They ended up finding an old sled up on the mountain that they drug out with a sno-cat. It had been up there for a few years. Thank you to everyone who showed up. It was a great success.

The food was excellent and the drinks were flowing by the end of the day. Ruffy finished off the super smooth Apple Pie jug that Mike The Prez brought up. We put Trish in charge of making sure that Ruffy didn't lose his keys again. We even tried to find a grassy knol for his tent but he settled on a snowmobile trailer when the rain started. Yamamauler and gang, we were hoping you would stop by the campout. We had plenty of steaks for you. Hope to see everyone up there again.
