anyone have any idea when we will finally get on the wetter storm track? wheres our weather gurus

i think we are getting all the cali presip because it has not stop raining here since end of nov,it normally all snow but we are getting all the warm wind & rain from the south.my lawn is green & almost no snow below 2000ft level.
