Herzlich Willkommen Zur Leavenworth Festhalle!

We invite you to the first annual SnowFest. This is a snowmobile and winter recreation show hosted by the Bavarian Boondockers in Leavenworth, WA November 17th from 10am-6pm. Located in the beautiful Bavarian village of Leavenworth in the Eastern Cascade Foothills of Washington State. The event is held in the Leavenworth Festhalle which is a large 10,000 square foot open event hall with restrooms, a lobby and outside patio area. It is right in the middle of downtown Leavenworth so you can see new products and talk with vendors then take the misses down front street for wienerschnitzel and christmas shopping. If you forget the misses at home then vistit the local wateriing holes and have some fun. Keep an eye out for Gretchun. She loves snowmobilers!

We have been waiting a long time, no disrespect to other area clubs, it is just bad to be a member or have family members of several other area clubs all the while in dire need of some Leavenworth area coordination.

North Cascade Sled Decks will be there with a couple decks to check out. We won't have any for sale, they are going out the door as fast as we can build them so get your orders in before the real snow arrives. Thanks Bavarian Boondockers for getting this going…

Now I am a Bavarian Boondocker I guess I need to step up my skills! Seemed like a decent turn out?

The Three local sled dealers were there, NW sled decks looked good, Thunderstruck (2 movies, poster), Girls get dirty too (got 2 shirts), Northwest Free Riders (met Luke45 and the gang look forward to some local films), Joined the Clockum Club and gave 5 extra to their groomer (need a couple guided tours this year), CamStraps.com was their (will make the next raft order for work with him, and more for the bikes and cargo etc.), Snacker Packers - Muff pot bags (drawback of the Pro), EW MX schools (desperately need to learn to ride, I might be a lost cause?), Cashmere motorcycle and repair shop (all toys, might see a KTM 450 soon), Mountain Addiction gear, Timbersled, Local EMT/SAR guys stationed in Plain near Fish Lake (stop buy Mid-way and they’ll let you pet their goats J), and a few avalanche vendors showing how to use the stuff, A bunch of local ski rental and gear venders… And of course Uncle Uli’s catering (check out the pub/restaurant and Thursday night sled ****). P O R N is a bad word?

YES! Great turnout at the show! We handed out over 400 NWFR stickers, some shirts and some HUGE stickers from our sponsor HMK! We talked with a LOT of people, had a crowd all day long. We would like to thank our friends at the Bavarian Boondockers for putting on such a great show and we look foreward to next year!
