The Hahns Peak/Bears Ears District has released the Notice of Proposed Action (scoping letter) regarding parking improvements at Rabbit Ears Pass. They are requesting comments by December 3, 2013 on this NOPA. We are asking everyone that has an interest in seeing parking improve on the Pass to please consider submitting comments.
