Not "Secret" and not Blue bird but found some Powder!

Met up with Good to Go and his WTB, texasranger556 and his Wife Nicole and after cruising @ 20 miles of the smoothest grooming in the state found wide open terrain with only a few other riders around and actually, some deep fresh snow!

Started out with what looked like promising skies but they quickly filled in the blue spots but it was a great ride after all.

Great people and a fun day.

Nicole finds the DEEP stuff and the first stuck of the day...

GTG made a nice little climb but this picture looks flat!
It was a steep little pull through some tight trees.
Anyone who's been to Sugarloaf Lookout knows how steep the backside is!...

I've seen GTG ride and it probably was fairly steep. That's usually when he just hops into someone else track to get to the top and takes credit for getting everyone there. ;)

That pull was steep, not much room to work with either. He made it look easy.

Shhhhhhh... I learned from you. Don't give away all the secrets.;)

LOL, ^^^^ pretty much sums up my day!!!

Great bunch to ride with. Really enjoyed meeting TR and wife. Snowest continues to introduce us to good people!!

Thanks for the tour AR, and of course, for putting up with us..:p We ended up coming home late that night. Woke up Sunday with aches and pains beyond normal. Thought I was turning extremely wimpy...but by noon I had a full blown furnace going. SICK!

I think I shook it today. I've got a couple more pic's, but they're on my 'puter, which is in the shop.:(:face-icon-small-sad

Thanks again to all...

Great pics
Looks like everone had a great time
Me and Diane rode with Karen and Steve and another friend of ours Scott over at Cooper lake on saturday

Lance and Marrieta are wonderfull people to ride with:D
hopefully we will be able to ride together again soon:beer;

I'm afraid my sled's down for a short time.
Darn Ski Doo delaminating intake boots! (Bring on the Boysen Rage Cage)!:D

I might get it fixed this weekend but I'm sure I won't get to ride again 'till possibly the following weekend if you guy's are interested and there's any good snow to be tracked up!

Mari and I have really felt very fortunate to have found so many great folks to ride with this year that I have been "Talking" with for a while on this 4M.

Just goes to show how sledders in general are great people!

BTW Gary, There is another Razor Clam dig coming up at the beach and you and Diane are welcome to come hunt the mighty bivalve and brave the "Sneaker" waves  with us again if you want!:D

Lance
thanks for the offer
Dianes down for a month or two though
Im in the hospital today for her surgery
I will be up at baker this weekend for the playday on Saturday
Will also try to make it to the Saws event in ronald the week after that

unfortunetly i will be a batchelor sledder for a while:rolleyes:

Not “Secret”, it's just sooo "boring"!

Looks fun AR, that place is a jewel and off the radar especially late winter. A lot of guys think that hill climb on the back side of "snowcone";) is too boring:D I checked my calendar from last year and had 1’ of fresh powder with 3’ drifts March 31st! Wish I’d headed up, all my riding buddies were wore out from Yellowstone, gone snowboarding, or remodeling kitchens. Maybe we’ll see ya’ up there sometime!
