NorthWest Snowmobile Families need Prayers

By now most everyone in this area must have heard about the 6 innocent people that were murdered in and around the Alger/ I-5 area. One of those individuals wounded was a fellow sledder of our area for many years. Fred Binschus survived. Sadly, his wife Julie, died.

Further, this same family, has been very closely connected to the Woods family who lost Danny to an avy only 9 months ago.

To Fred,Conrad (aka Chicken), Tish and families: May God Be With you in this Time of Sorrow. We will all pray for healing.

To all Sno Westers: Please pray for these families!

While hearing of these tragic, unexplainable losses, I wondered in this small world of tightly knit snowmobilers, if any of us knew these people involved. I'm sad, shocked and concerned to hear that these families have to go through all of this over again.

Life certainly does work in mysterious ways?? The question we always ask ourselves is, Why? However, there is know simple answer. We are so.....sorry to hear that you are all greiving, yet again. Our hearts just break for you.

Our family would like to send our prayers and condolences to all involved. We cannot imagine the pain you have all been through this year. Hopefully, time and love will help heal the wounds.

We will be thinking of you...:brokenheart:

yes we all do need to pray. because with our laws he will be out in six months.
he needs to fry in hell......!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tragic.. I don't think you have to worry about this guy getting out. Now if the gov't would carry out some REAL punishment. Definately be in our prayers!

If there was ever a case for capitol punishment this would be one, but with our state that won't happen. I want so bad to rant about the faults that I see in our state and the way we handle offenders. I don't have it in me right now, I am just praying for all of the victims and their families.:rose:

I just wanted to thank everyone for all their concern. Plus thanks to all you sledders who were there at the funeral to support Fred and the girls. Its pretty obvious how much Julie was loved by her family and the community. She was the happiest person I have ever meet in my life. Even when I would call the house at six in the morning to see if Fred wanted to go sleddin. Loosing my Dad was the worst thing in my life but atleast he was doing something he loved to do. Poor Julie was just an innocent person driving home and a crazy man took her life. It is uncoprehendable that a human can do the things this bastered did. Affecting so many families and friends and communities.

Fred's wounds are starting to heal. Good thing he is a tough sucker! The girls are learning to coop. Its going to be along road! Thanks again and hopefully we will see all you on the hill soon!
