Which is better and why?
Any reviews?

Iam planning on buy a pack and was hoping to see some reviews on these two packs..The BCA Float has the puller to activate the bag on your right shoulder so you can stay on the gas if needed which is nice.

Appreciate any info!
Ryan

Anyone have any input on the Patrol ABS 24 from North Face?
I can get either pack heavily discounted (50% off retail)
and was wondering which will hold up better to the abuse of sledding and has a better track record...

The NFace pack is new so not much info out yet..

Sounds like you need to buy one of each and give us feedback to which is better...lol. ABS IMO is the best bag out, proven record, can't go wrong with ABS. I agree with 'skibreeze' NF will not see any of my $. Why not go with the ABS Vario 25L bag?

ABS has the better system in terms of reliability but their pack organization needs some help. the north face abs bag has done a good job with this but you're stuck with one size (ie. no zip on bags).

Ordered a BCA Throttle pack, If Iam not happy with it I'll look into ABS.

Whats the reasoning you guys shy away from NFace?
