Nor Cal riding, spring time conditions.

Went riding yesterday out of Butte Meadows, trails were pretty frozen in the morning but by the afternoon it started to soften up quite a bit. On our way back to the truck we ran into a group of 4 that were sitting in the middle of groomed trail drinking and the woman was noticeably intoxicated... Pretty much felt like a spring ride so wasn't too bad.

I'm the one stuck in the last picture and Lognomore with his new Pro-RMK getting ready to come give me a hand. The first 3 are from yesterday at the High Lakes, the last 2 are from last Saturday north of Redding.

where do you guys park to ride in there? Do you ride up to butte mountain?

High lakes

We went up through Butte Meadows to Jonesville Snowmobile park. From there go out to Snag Lake across the dam. From there you can see where to go off the dam to the trail. You can get there from Inskip also as that is shorter to the High lakes. It is a fun place to ride!
