Noob looking for advice???

I'm based out of Colorado Springs and looking for the best riding areas with rentals in the area. I'd also need locals with over night lodging. Thanks in advance!

I think there was a place in Denver where you could rent sleds and a trailer and go wherever you wanted. I'm not sure if it's still around though.

No rentals in that area that I know of. The only rent and ride fromt the door areas that I'm aware of are in Grand Lake, Steamboat, and Cumbres Pass.
Evrywhere else I've seen only does guided tours.
Boyz Toyz in Eagle, AC dealer, rents sleds with a trailer. He doesn't advertise it, but we rented a couple sleds for friends visiting last year. They were priced fair. He's a handshake deal kinda guy. He rents whatever he has thats used. Last yr we got a 09 M8 and an 07 M1000. Kinda luck of the draw what he has, but it's mostly bigger sleds.
I'd reccomend him. We got bigger machines for less $ than anywhere else.

Gunnsion must have rentals because everytime I am down there I see Spores all over.

has maps of trailheads and clubs in different areas. That would be a start at least.

That is very true, I think they get $250.00 a day.

Alrevdup rents sled down there. There is also a guy in Marble that rents them. That's in the area, kind of.

I could show you around the vail area. I know you can do some guided powder tours with piney river adventures in vail, I think they are changing their name this season, but a great group to go ride with. they have general tours that stick to the trails with touring sleds and guided powder tours which allows you to get off the beaten path and ride an m8. if you need help getting a hold of them shoot me a pm, I am friends with most of the guides.
