Can You ride the Noisy Basin are just east of Kalispell? If s where is the best place to stay? Is there a parking lot by that area or can you ride out of a lodge?

Noisy is NOT a destination ride. It is a very small area around the parking lot at the cabin to hike Jewel. The reason you hear about people riding there is it's a local spot to go before everything opens up to test out equipment and get those first ride jitters abated. I would not plan a ride there. The Snotel stick up in Noisy is a good indicator for the real riding areas like the South Fork (Beta, Doris, Lost Johnny, etc) and the Swan Range south like Six Mile.
