No wonder we cannot get a decent gas can.... unbelieveable!

The plantiff says that a 5 cent piece of wire mesh in the nozzle would have prevent the fumes from exploding, apparently a window screen can stop gas vapors from flowing through it while allowing liquid gas to flow through it.... ... why do we have screens on our home windows then?
 
This whole thing stinks! :face-icon-small-fro Truly..this has taken no personal responsibility for one's actions to a whole new level.

I ate at fast food places and got fat...have to sue.

I spilled hot coffee and got burnt...have to sue

I played video games/watched tv then went and hurt someone...have to sue

I poured gas on my fire and killed my daughter...WTF is wrong with people?!!
 
First off, this is a huge blanket statement and i know there are exceptions but, I HATE (most) LAWYERS. and dumbass people like this who hire them.

Lawyers are parasites who feed off the working mans back. They are the first ones to point out what is wrong but never a solution, so their only solution to the fix is $, (or in this case, a magical screen that only costs $0.05).

S.U.W.A. and the ACLU are perfect examples of this.

suwa sued to shut down factory butte a few years back because my motorcycle track was ruining the way the dirt looked. They claimed some b.s. cactus was getting ruined. I've been riding there for years with many friends and even locals and never seen a damn cactus, we even got a couple blm cops to admit they've never seen one. So suwa's solution, close it,no alternatives, just close it. USA-ALL's solution, have a service project and help the blm fence ourselves out.

Ogden is currently trying to deal with a terrible gang problem. So they serve the gang members with restraining orders, disallowing them from getting together and baking cookies (ya know, typical gang stuff). Well this just won't fly according to the aclu, they aknowledge what ogden is trying to do but come to the aid of the gang claiming their rights are being trampled. ACLU of coarse doesn't have any alternatives for ogden, that's for ogden to figure out.

In the construction trades, my business is the one of the low guys on the totem pole, but because of dumbass people who sue for their own stupidity and dumbass lawyers looking to make a quick buck I pay an extra 22% of my payroll for insurances.

I could go on all night but I suck at typing rants so I'll climb down off my soapbox for now.

A true example of the cancer that is destroying our country. Stupid people that expect others to take financial responsibility for their idiocy. Anybody ever read Atlas Shrugged? Classic example of "its not my fault".
