No Spark after rebuild

Just rebuilt my 07 800R motor and now have no spark. I replaced the pickups and the flywheel due to some damage that occurred when the bolts that hold the shroud to the block came out and got rattled around in there. Both the pickups and the flywheel came from another 07 and were in good shape.
I assembled the pickups in the order that the bends in the wires made sense. Can anyone confirm the which pickup goes on top? I found a thread that said green wire on top. Anyone agree/disagree?
Any other suggestions? Everything's plugged in the way it's supposed to be.
The snow is here, need to go shredding...

For the pick-up's, Blue wire = Bottom.
