No spark 08 switchback 600 carb model

Have a 2008 switchback 600 carbureted model with 0 spark

Have tried the following
Disabled throttle safety switch, key , kill switch and lanyard
Tried a known good coil
New stator as one ground circuit was showing out of spec
Tried a cdi box from a running sled
Disabled brake light under gas tank to eliminate a short under the tank
Only thing not replaced is regulator but that has been updated from under the oil tank to front of nose cone from previous owner and it visually looks good but could have a failure inside I suppose.

Getting tired of this era Polaris the 2005-2010 Polaris RMK line doesn’t seem very reliable or easy to keep on the snow.

Any help is greatly appreciated open to about anything at this point.

It sounds like a wiring issue. Check pin 5 of the CDI connector for a ground. If it is grounded it kills the spark. It should be a black wire and it connects to pin D of the chassis engine connector. It is possible that the wire has chafed through the insulation and has grounded out. You have pretty much eliminated all the items that could be causing a ground on that black wire circuit. Also check pins 1 and 18 of the CDI connector which are the ignition coil wires to make sure the pins haven't been pushed back into the connector.

Check “all” your connections again.
Check your handlebar heaters for a short to bars. Unplug them. Make sure your wire to the speed sensor isn’t grounded out.

Does it have a thermostat on top of the cylinders like the Edges, that causes timing retarding, but when it goes out, there no longer is any spark to the system.
