"Hard" HDPE!

None of our riders have needed this option, machines seem to ride lighter than most stock OEM snowmobiles.

Mods and Turbo's sleds are a must!

Cjgodden, the inventor of the chain drive TLS eliminator, was working with Whistlerhawk and other super long track Snow Hawk riders.

They were having cog belt clutch slippage.

if you are hearing ratcheting going on chances are it's the tls and not the drivers slipping on the track. extroverst will allow you to run the track looser, reducing drag, but the draw back is an increased chance of stabbing the track with a rail, as we all know that this is a problem if you track is too loose on a hawk.

track stab

I have installed a 151 zx2 suspension under my hawk and see no possible way of track stab with this setup. From boivins sugesstion I installed the no slip drivers (NSD) so the track can be run much looser as stated. Track porting has also been done so now I will be the first one to the TOP!:D

extrovert drivers installation issues

I am in the process of trying to install some extrovert dirvers (anti-slip) onto the drive shaft. What I have noticed is the drive shaft is about 20" in length and the internal space within the tunnel is about 16". to get the drive shaft in/out, you have to angle it and swing it in/out. I have the extrovert driver in place on the the drive shaft, but when trying to swing it into position through the tunnel, there does not appear to be enough room to swing it into place. As the extroverts sit slightly wider than on the drive shaft than the original 'nub' driver, when trying to swing the drive shaft back into position the added width of the drivers does no allow for it to angle enough to swing in.

I am hesitant to take apart the frame to get the added width to slide the drive shaft in. Sliding the drivers once they are on the mounted drive shaft does not seem likely either due to the incredbile squeezing pressures of the driver on the drive shaft (press fit).

Any guidance on this would be most helpfull...

Thanks

Do your extroverts have nub on both or just one side ? If on both your not gunna fit without pulling the frame apart , if on one side make sure they are on the inside pull one bolt out of the frame bar by muffler and just a lil push apart should let you in . If you have nubs on both sides just find someone with a lathe and turn the nubs off the outside of your right driver (wont hurt a thing) then the same for squeezing it in , also extroverts do not sit in same place on shaft so its easyer if you just pull one driver press on the new one check your spacing on track then change the other one
