got new part and has no mark.. the original one is clearly marked but not the new will it hurt to run it?

no reason to mark it i guess because it is not mated with the rest of the clutch i guess as far as being balanced.
The sheaves are true dynamically balanced in 2 planes.
If it does not have a washer(s) then the sheave did not need it. The sheave must have fell in spec range that did not require additional balancing composites.
Make your own little notch in the sheave and line it with the present alignment arrows on other components. The clutch ends up breaking into it's new shape and now for the life of the clutch you will always maintain it in that position.
