Bad crankshaft seals??
Well since I have my spark issue fixed on this 02 summit x, I went to start it but my problem is I am not getting fuel to the carbs. I pulled the air box and carbs to get at the fuel pump and took the supply line off. I am getting good fuel flow to the pump. WHen I replaced the pickup coil (spark issue) I noticed some grease on the stator. Could this indicate a bad crankshaft seal? I figure it has to be the fuel pump or crankshaft seals leaking not producing a vaccuum for the pump. I would like to get my fuel issue solved so I know it runs before I strip er down and replace the reed boots (cracked) and also the piston and maybe the jug(has a chuck missing from the piston skirt).
