Nitrous on a Nytro???????????????

Is anyone running nitrous on a stock nytro? I'm looking to buy but can't afford a turbo. Wouldn't you be able to get a pretty good shot of nitrous on a 4 stroke without any big problems. Any info would be appreciated.

I just put a boondocker kit on my mtx has the adjustable regulator etc.. 3 lb bottle fits nice in the nose of the nytro.. havent tried it in the hills yet just around home...

there was guys running 60hp shot on the vector without probs so it shouldnt be to big a deal just add a little 108 or 110 oct race fuel.

I did a search and found this thread, I am also wondering about nitrous on a 2008 nytro. I really want a turbo but may not be able to afford it.
Has anyone run nitrous on there nytro's yet, if you have how does it work and whos is it. Thanks

Not to sound rude but it's a waist of money on the 4-strokes save you $$ for the turbo and you will not be sorry that you did.

My Boondocker kit works great... a 40-50 hp shot its cheap horsepower compared to spending $6000 plus on a turbo kit...

Around 400 RPM gain, hits good out of the hole or up top.... This kit was around $1350

Snow JW why would you say its a waste? I bought my kit from you and it is working awesome on my apex. Needs more weight in the primary to keep the r's down. Not as impressive as a turbo but does what I like. I don't need high power all the time.

I figure it will help with that little stumble on the bottom if I need to race anybody, and it never hurts to have alittle more.
