Well I just wanted to update those that I have been talking with about the Nitrous Express wet kit I built.
Adjustable 20-50hp kit.
Automotive style fogger nozzle that mount in the manifolds(carb boots).
Does require fuel pump and battery which was easy on the xp b/c the wiring is all right next to the chaincase.
Kit comes with most everything but the battery and pressure guage. I mounted the arming switch and trigger up on the bar. I like the button in my right hand index finger. I mounted in front so its like pulling the trigger in a gun.
I like simple No2 systems. I think if you get to fancy it makes them less consistant and reliable. Just my preference.
It hits hard enough on the 30hp setting to rachet the track at lower speeds and increase motor rpm 300 rpm. That was at only 650 psi bottle press. so it was really fat and I could feel it start to nose over(for lack of a better descriptor) after about 3-5 second pull.
I mounted the bottle next to the can to keep it warm and wasn't sure if it would get to hot so I started out with a cold bottle. It kept the press. up but did not increase so tommorrow I'll head up and make a few pulls at 1000psi. bottle press. Should pull like train with the press up.
I mounted everything so it fits with all stock components exept for can. I have hps can which is pretty small. Some bigger cans may not allow mounting where I did.
If anyone is interested in doing a kit let me know I can put a parts list together.
