How are you setting up the suspension. I have alot of problems going in the deep powder (stuck alot). I stop and can't get moving again unless you count down. I also have problems climbing the sled is going good then all of a sudden im stuck no warning to turn out. Can you climb with the stock 700's? Any sugestions Thank you.

Limiter strap - 2nd to last "fully sucked up" hole

SKID - FRONT shock spring 2nd to last TIGHTEST setting (#4)

SKID - REAR torsion spring "H" on cam (hardest)

Rear drop bracket - upper hole

Transfer adjustment - transfer as late as possible (red paint marks on threads)

I max out at about 180 lbs. w/ gear, and ride almost exclusively off trail

Thats how they should come from the dealer... Huge difference with that set-up.. Havent tried moving the skid up too the upper hole yet.. Also make sure your revs are up around 8600 in the powder... My dealer set my clutching up too heavy and would only rev 8000 rpms in a powder climb... On packed it is great revvs 9000-9200.. I got Hartmens clutch kit now and it should work well...

I did the whole upper hole, tight limiter thing. About every skid setup possible, and I don't think it actually makes much difference in deep snow. I found that the skid in the upper hole was easier to manage while climbing in old tracks, but I put it back to the lower hole and ran it with the limiter in the second loosest hole. I think it gets around better this way than with the limiter sucked up, plus it's alot more fun to ride. I also ran the front shock second from softest.
