Nitro Motor Storage

Have a Nitro Motor on the stand.(spare) Just wondering what I should do for storage? Oil down the cylinders ect. Any advice.

Depends how long and where you are going to store it.

Since it is a spare, I would pull the plugs and put some engine oil in each hole and turn it over a few times w/o plugs in. This is after you change engine oil to fresh and run it a little if you can.

If stored in temp controlled environment you should be fine with motor.

Check on the fuel injection though for long storage. Don't know about that.
