a nytro 3 cylinder motor will make 400hp turboed but weights 30lbs more.

its designed for 24 hours of le mans but actually only runs about a 50 mile stint then the electric motor takes over.its a lower revving turbo motor at 7400rpm so it should have good reliability,with there budget though my guess it gone through after every race & practice

That's my point. A race motor rarely is designed to last a long time. Most race teams tear down and rebuild a motor daily.

I have another question.

How much does all the engine support (fuel system, charging, oil system assuming its a dry sump, turbo and air intake, etc etc weigh??

That's a bare engine they are showing. Doesn't even have a crank pulley.

I'm also wondering if that's the worlds largest Japanese dude holding it.
