I have a 2018 Arctic Cat 200 (aka yamaha 200) and changed the spark plug after the first year. Wanted to change the spark plug again after the second year but I can't get he wire off. Anyone had this happen? Any ideas? Don't remember having any problems the first time so I am not sure what the problem is now.

Old thread, I know...but in case someone else searches (gasp!) for this same problem later, I figured I'd chime in for posterity.
Mine had worn a groove in the tip of the spark plug from the vibration. Turning the plug boot about 90*, which is a feat in itself as there's not much room or slack, did the trick. It allows the little tension spring in the boot to come out of the groove.

Thanks for the reply. I will give this a try. Does it matter which way? Clockwise or counter clockwise?
Nope. Either way, as long as it gets the spring out of the notch. Good luck!
