Well Doug Henry is headed to XGames with his snow bike. I meanwhile am still just taking trips to Vermont. Then connection is I was lucky to have the same engine builder as Doug. Machined and assembled in the guy's home garage.
Basically was left with a Race-Gas chugging bike that was Explosively fast.
I started in the fall really watching all the snowbike videos I could find. My mod sled had been taco'd on a stump and i figured this was a good time to part it out and switch up the hobbies.
Found a Dealer on Long Island that had a leftover 2017 Mountain Horse LT137 that they chopped the price to less than a new 120RAW.
Installed the ThermoBob, Airpro, and a K&N filter with a snowsock.
Love it so much. done with sleds. Just so easy to Huck around, weave through trees, and never get stuck with. In the powder chasing my sled buddies I can rail the corners in the tight trails and leave them behind. Only on my 2nd trip and cant wait for the next weekend and the one after that.
