My resolution is to finish what I started last year and get myself under 200 lbs... I lost 45 lbs in 2013... only got 6 left to go before hitting the threshold but need to re-commit myself.

I want to bulk somewhat cleanly to 185-190 and drop to 180 or so and be at 8% body fat.

I also want to learn how to do use options in the stock market(calls & puts).

Also, I would like to decide if I actually want to marry to my current girlfriend(dated 2.5 years currently)
