Has anyone else heard that Doo is coming out with a tripe to replace the 1000 motor. After talking with some people about the release of the E-Tec 600 next year, we all stumbled across some great news....The V-6 technology that Doo bought into has some major input to the release of a new triple E-Tec motor that would rival any 1000 out there....Imagine that 415lb E-Tec 600 and just adding 20lbs with that triple...What a wonder that would be either stock or a turbo and programmer added....Have fun with this thread.

It's only a 900, just another cylinder to the proven 600 with the new induction. Probably not until late next year at the earliest. 
Cut that out right now.
No it's a Wankle rotary like in my RX7. 1.2 liter - 235 hp @ 9000rpm.

hmm..I've heard that the trips are cleaner burning too compared to twins..
I'm a torquey twin guy myself but the thought of the sound of a new triple piped triple screaming up the side of the mountain makes me horny!
was talking to a doo rep about a week ago. he told me doo was releasing a 600 etec and the other was a 4 stroke triple used in their watercraft. both were to be released only in the east for now.
1400cc e-tec triple!!!! I'm serious.......
