New Track Tool

Just a heads up:

We are completing pre-production tests on a unique, new tool that accurately and harmlessly breaks the outer tips of the fiberglass rods of any track. This easy process exactly duplicates what BRP has done with the new XM Flex Edge track. Our tests indicate a 10% reduction in tipping resistance on a Polaris Pro with the Peak 2.5 track. If anyone is interested in testing or purchasing this tool and the exciting possibilities of decreased rollover effort and increased traction, give us a call @ Between the Lines Designs (208)868-3308 Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm MST Price should be around $60-80 US.

Thanks, think snow!

That was actually one of the reasons for the track tool idea, The flat track on the xp tryed to always stay level to the terrain, therefor on a sidehill it would not want to tip into the hill, just stay flat on the hill.

We have used this tool on a pro with a peak track and are very excited to see the results, the testing has been limited do to the lack of snow. We believe this proceedure to work on all models with all tracks.

Heres some pics of the pliability of the rod after breaking and the holes left by the piercing bit. Notice the holes are on the backside of the paddles to avoid tearing.

The tools should be available in about three weeks if anyone is interested.

How are the rods snapped that happen to lie under an outer paddle? Or are only the rods that have no paddle associated with them broken?

We will be at the show and will have track samples with us.
You break every rod in the track I just didnt get the pics of the paddles up yet sorry. The paddles are not as flexable of course but they do flex quite a bit.

We are very excited about this new tool, We have gotten a lot of feed back and have sent a lot of these out.

Just wanted to say THANKS
