Alright finally stepping into the diesel world...bought a 2003 f350 lariat 6.0:loco::smokin:
Pls lets keep any 6.0 bashing outta here and just good vibes towards my new truck...pls and thank you :face-icon-small-coo

Anyways reason for the post i know many google searches of stuff with the truck have led me to many different forums and i dont really want to have to goto 3 different forums just one would be nice...sorta like here really is the end all be all of sled forums for me atleast after being on a few others

So which one is the most extensive for my truck would you say?

Thanks

I dont have any specifics for you but I would suggest a Powerstroke forum over a Ford Trucks forum. I've had more luck in D-Max forums over GM-trucks forums because usually the GM forum is more half ton guys and with the diesel specific forums you'll get more guys/ideas with trucks more similar to yours. And more information that will be more applicable to your truck.

Powerstroke Websites

Powerstrokenation.com, I feel this is the best one

powerstroke.org, would be my second choice.

Thx ill check them out
brought her in to the shop last night it's got a little oil leak on the rear main seal was told just to watch oil level and add as necessary also did a combustion gas test in the coolant reservoir the blue turned to a dark green still with some tinge of blue after a couple minutes. The guy there said egr or head gasket my old man a diesel fleet mechanic (outta state) says those things are BS that most trucks will have a small amount in there regardless of a problem. Basically said unless they go a solid obvious green and fast don't worry.
Either way I got such a smokin deal on the truck I could do all the work and still be under what the trucks worth but looks like my smokin deal might turn out to be just a fair price.
Not loosing any coolant reservoir is right where it was when I bought it 300 miles ago.
