I took a job in Sheridan,Wy in February and brought my crossfire with me from the UP of Michigan. So I got here and met 3 people that talked a good game, but i soon discovered i had run onto a group of - If i got nothing else to do that weekend and i might cancel at the last minute to get a pedicure instead of riding. So anyhow i have been here 7 weeks and only one ride. Back home i normally rode once a week at least in the backwoods and powerline/pipelines then a small trail ride during the week after work. Hell i put on nearly 800 miles before February now i put on 70 miles in 7 weeks

Maybe we can help you.

We are from central Wisconsin, gone riding twice this year up towards Bear Lodge, There is a guy we met from the Sheridan area that was from Wisconsin 8 years ago. He has a M1000 162 & likes to ride as often as he can. Send me amessage & I can get u the info.

Go to Bear Lodge and tell them what you told us. The owners ride and there's always folks from Sheridan or Gillette there on the weekends and quite a bit throughout the week. They don't think people should ride by themselves.

x2 fitter, I used to work at Bear. Me myself being an avid rider is always looking for people to ride with over there. I moved away to Jackson, but like Fitter said just go up to Bear lodge and I can tell you that you can find someone to ride with. FOR SURE! Lot of good fun riders there.

Thanks

I was hoping i would get a few responses. The ridding out of Sheridan looks all done and i actually have to fly back to Michigan next weekend so i might be done for the year  I wouldn't mind meeting up for some ginger ale and tell lies or at least keep in touch on snowest. Keep me motivated to stretch my sled to a 153 this summer. I had this problem back in the UP out of a group of 12 guys i rode with more less every weekend when we were all in out 20s only 3 still have sleds and only one would i count on to make a ride. it sucks went all you friends start acting there age.
