Hi there,

My name is Ryan Palset and I'm currently from St. Alberta, Alberta. My brother Kevin and i will be spending a couple weeks in Sorrento for Christmas with family and we are going to be looking at some property their because we love the Outdoors (snowmobiling, Camping, Dirtbiking, Hunting, Fishing, Quadding and so fourth). We've always had a passion for this area, having spent lots of time there in the summer. We especially know that some of the best riding and riders in Canada and the US spend time there. (Sicamous, Revy, Vernon, Kelowna, Coquihalla, and anywhere in between)

Having said all that we are looking for anyone who's is experienced in back country riding that might be able to give us information on some hot spots or better yet go riding with us.

We both have over 10 years of riding experience and have taken the AST 1 back in 2010. We review the literature every year and are well trained in using our beacons, probes, shovels, avy bags and most importantly we are common sense guys who ride smart, albeit we know the risks involved in back country riding in the mountains.

We ride Valemount and Blue River on a regular basis, but have also ridden in Chetwyn, Revy, Prince George, Sparwood, McBride and some others. We have done some back country dirt biking in Salmon Arm as we have relatives that are heavy into the biking scene there for the past 30 years. Unfortunately they don't ride sleds in the winter, they only ride snow bikes. We would like to meet some sledders.

We both like to jump, drop and do the odd climb, but mostly we love Chris Burandt style boondocking and more technical riding. We both know our limits and don't often push them to hard. We have to work for a living. We are however will to try new things, new riding areas and are always striving to get better.

All in all we are experienced, easy going, smart, common sense, educated, fun, all around good dudes who just want to ride.

If anyone is interested in getting to know us and go riding with us please feel free to drop me a line and hopefully we can hook up.

All beautiful single ladies welcome, lol. Doesn't hurt to throw that in there does it?

Anyway hope to hear from you soon.

Almost forgot, my bro rides a 08 XP 163 and it's pretty much dialed right in and I'm still waiting for my 163 X XM. Should be here in a week or so.

Thanks
Ryan

Another thing I forgot to mention was that we are both trying to fit an AST 1 refresher in for the start of this season. Also we don't drink, smoke, drug or ride irresponsibly. We rarely take breaks other than to eat shrimp, sausage bites and other tasty morsels off our cookers as well as some well need breathing time... We don't go riding to have campfires and shoot the $%&, we go riding to ride and when we are done for the day we are done for the day.
We aren't hard asses though and we welcome anyone to ride with us.

Another thing I will mention is that we are going riding with Chris Burandt at his Back Country Adventures in April if anyone is interested in coming.
