New to Polaris 600&700 RMk questions

Hey there, new to the forum...from Saskatchewan...just bit the bullet on some new sleds and have some questions....moving up from 02 zr 800 and 600...great sleds, but not what my son and I used them for....they were great on trail, but we like going on fields with deep snow, jumping drifts out of sloughs and ditches and the 121 tracks did not do the trick....so went to two new sleds, an 09 rmk 600 shift and an 09 rmk 700....but, they are both 155 tracks with 2 1/4 inch paddles....wanted 144 but the deal was on these and no 144's in stock for the deal I got.
Questions:
1) What do I need to do to these for flatland driving in Saskatchewan (doubt we will get to the mountains)...I assume cfi no probs..any ideas for clutch weights? What else do I need to do?
2) I assume scratchers
3) what accessories would you recommend...I am thinking belly pan, decals for the 600, handguards and ???
4) What can...want some noise....
5) Any comments on these sleds and your thoughts on them for what I am using them for...
6) Thanks and look forward to being a part of SnoWest!
Randy

welcome to the fourm,
i had a 600 rmk last year and in mid season i bought a 09 700 rmk i love both sleds.
if you want a little more sound i would go with a slp can
there are lots of other great cans out there but start getting loud.
i think ice scratchers are a must.
well im out of thoughts for your sleds mabey some one else will pick up where i left off, im sure you and your son will enjoy the sleds.

flatland driving ... cut down the paddles.

Thanks guys....I ordered scratchers and MBRP cans, and different weights for flatlanding.

What is the idea behind cutting down the track? Will it not just wear down a bit?

Thanks....new to this...coming off of old trail sleds. Just want to run the deep snow on the fields of Saskatchewan...
Thanks!
