I sold the M7 (EngineTech 900) and picked up a 2009 Summit X 154" (50th Anni) today. 1000km/600mi, can, scratchers, elec start (first for me).

Pics to come. Here's a photo from the net for now:

Needed: Vent Kit
After a quick ride around the yard today, the primary clutch was quite hot. I suspect the sled would benifit from both a vent kit and maybe some aftermarket clutch parts too. In the past I have not liked my clutch vent on my Arctic Cat because a) snow seemed to get through the mesh, and b) the material tore when it rubbed a stick. With that said, what kit is recommended?

Options:
1) JT Sports - (4 piece kit - $145US) - Black frame with yellow mesh

2) Xtremeairvents (5 piece kit - $185US)

3) Mountain Fit (5 piece kit -$90US)

4) XXXmodrods (5 piece kit $100US)

5) JC Custom Vents (4 piece kit - $195US)

The Ski Doo gas can setup is tough to beat -3.4 gallons

Check out Mountain Addiction too.

Mountainfit vents work well for the $

Sweet back on a doo huh....

Blair has a mint used XP mountainmod seat with a trunk which is a sweet addition to the XP since your knee goes right to the tank. Also the stock doo XP gas can set up works just fine.

Definately a vent kit, i like my craiggerbuilt gas cans.I luv my electric start.
Heres :face-icon-small-cooa quick pic of my 50th anniversary summit.Still have all the original panels in plastic they never saw snow!
