New to colorado

I have never snowmobiled in colorado and we were thinking of taking a trip out there.We usualy ride in the snowy range area, like to do alot of mountain climbing. Is there any place close to breckenridge ski resort that we could go ride?

tiger road is about 2 miles outside breck toward frisco. You can get yourself in as much trouble as you want there, it hooks up to some relatively serious stuff.

I have never ridden there. How deep does it get?

If you meant "steep" you can slip on over to Montezuma bowl and play the avy game on some really acute stuff with deep snow. If it is really windy, the snow will thin out. You can go all the way to Georgia Pass. I have not been up that way for a couple of years and I heard that Keystone put a lift into Montezuma someplace.

Grand Lake is only about an hour or so from there with plenty of places to rent (unguided) sleds if you do not have sleds of your own.

We have our own sleds we just have some of the group that would like to go skiing. Just trying to find someplace that we can sled that is close.
