So I pre-ordered the Aro LE 137 Timbersled last spring for the October delivery...The package included a TSS install kit. The ARO arrived two weeks ago without the Install kit and still the dealership can not get any information as to why the install kit did not ship or when/where it will arrive.. anyone else getting jerked around on this?

Ya. For the last two years. Luckily even though we had 600 inches last year it was late to arrive. One of these years the snow is going to come early and someone ‘s going to go postal. Timbersled needs to get these fit kits figured out.

Same deal spring order ARO showed up 6 weeks ago with no fit kit and not sure when its showing up.

Same PROBLEM here ,so what the heck is going on with these fit kits Are the parts being out sourced to CHINA manufacturing and on the boat to the States .Man my loyalty to Timbersled is getting slimmer. Im sure Blaser at Timbersled is Trolling this site sure wish he'd chime in to give some insight .

Same story here. We have a group of six poeple who ordered the spring snow check 137 ARO LE's. The tracks were delivered to the dealer a few weeks ago without the fit kits. Then last week Polaris shipped the dealer fixed strut kits instead of the TSS kits they are supposed to have. Dealer told me they are working on getting the correct fit kits but do not know for sure when they will arrive. Same story as last year when my fit kit didn't come with all the correct parts. Polaris has screwed up what used to be a good thing working with Timbersled directly.

LOL , I take it you didn't learn from the first time . Especially at your age :face-icon-small-hap

Don't worry though , I'm sure they feel bad about collecting interest off of the blow check I mean snow check .

Maybe they should come out with a video explaining how hard they are trying to remedy it with some rock star newbie backcountry jock .

Better yet someone should bill them for downed time and mental anguish for kicking the dog

Polaris keeps running there lips over and over with all the hype with add on's in there You tube videos. Im not seeing any action my direction .What a Crock

I received two ARO kits the first of October and the fit kits about two weeks after that. Not sure on the snow check/fit kit ordering process. My dealer called me about a month after snow check and verified the kits I needed and said he was ordering them then. It sounded like the fit kits were ordered separate. When I picked up my fit kits they had several other fit kit boxes also. Did some dealers get there order in earlier or just get them shipped sooner? Hopefully they ALL get delivered, snow is coming!!:face-icon-small-coo

Dealer is the problem

I called my dealer about 3 weeks before the AROs started shipping and told them the bike and needed fit kit. About 3 days after the ARO arrived the TSS kit arrived also. Get on your dealers, they are likely the problem. The Polaris dealers haven't dealt with ordering these before so I think there is a gap in knowledge as to how the process works.

Lets just cut to the chase , if the early orders where ordered without the fit kit than the early orders will take a back seat to current sales ?

Correct ?

No use going after the dealers even if they don't know what they are doing . Do they not have a distributor ?

Isn't the distributor not responsible for assisting the orders and purchases ?

Someone help these guys out ?

It depends on the bike model. From what I know most of the dealers that ordered right away when the fit kit order period started have received their kits. We got all of our fit kits a while ago, but I do have some TSS kits for the KTM that are on backorder that we ordered as stock parts, not snowcheck.

Your dealer has an avenue to pursue in order to find out what is going on.

ARO kit no fit kit

I picked up a kit from dealer on last Thursday only made deal a month ago so happy to get kit but no fit kit. I only need a strut kit so I would think should be here is the next week. Turbo bike so TSS won't fit till I have new Plenum made. Not worried yet but I get it for you snow check guys. Lots of early snow out there!!!!!

If you have not received your fit kit yet, your dealer didn’t do the due diligence in the fit kit ordering process.
I spoke to the local ts dealer about this today.
Apparently it’s an involved process.

probably best to figure out who's to blame for said problem
before you blame them ???

i guess that's old school thinking........sorry

mention this subject to my local dealer today
they were completely on top of their fit kits

as always pick a good dealer and life is better

from what i understand you can thank/blame us for the delay.

We received our install kit over a month ago. The lower shock heim appeared to be missing a rod (called a trunnion in the instructions). Our dealer (Grizzly Sports in Idaho) called polaris and they said they don't sell individual parts just to order a new kit and return the one missing the part. so we get the second kit a couple days later and its missing the same part! this time when Grizzly calls polaris this actually check the boxes and it appeared that they had the ARO and non-ARO TSS kits labeled incorrectly. The dealer got them to rush us one of the correct install kits while they figured out the confusion. It was a bit frustrating to get it handled but lucky for us our dealer did all of the leg work.

for reference the ARO shock is on the left. If you look closely its not just a bar with two threaded holes in it the entire heim inner/shaft is a single part. Pretty cool.

I used a great dealer and I know and seen for Myself it is TS/Polaris messing up on more than just the TSS.
Sounds like You and Your dealer had good luck though.

yeah i'm sure polaris screws some of it up too

and i feel bad for anyone who get jerked around
be that delays in ride time or wrong parts

if i came off like a dick i apologize
