Testing and tuning tomorrow then I neex to finish all my other sleds. I'm pretty excited to see what the turbo Nytro will do now! Skinz running boards and low seats are next...then it will be my ultimate freeride/boondocking sled!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I played with the new Timbersled today some more. It's so awesome to be able to turn the dial (takes 5 seconds) and go from wheelying to the skis not coming off the ground for a steep technical section. For boondocking I ended up with it somehwere in the middle so I could get the front end to come up when I needed it to but still climb tight steep tree lines. I definitely notice the weight savings too!

I want any Yamaha hater to try my sled now...it is so much fun in any type of riding. (but mostly trees).

So it's safe to say you are doing some real world R & D for Yamaha? Maybe some tweaking for next years brand new Yamaha mountain sled? It would be awesome if they came out with something like yours from the factory. I love the idea of the reliability, but unfortunately my talent level dictates I ride my measly Pro. I am almost up to doing close to 8 push-ups this year, so maybe there is still hope for me...:face-icon-small-win

Lower seat? I was ust going to ask about that. I am assuming that it is lower than stock? Where can get one.

Timber

X2 on the TimberSled skid! I put one on my Etec this year, last weekend did some short steep tree climbing, first couple rips I could dam near kiss the ski tips, adjusted the coupling and made some more runs a little steeper and the skis were barely off the snow! Being able to adjust it that easy is awesome, don't even have to take your gloves off! I was on the fence about an aftermarket skid but with the Timber and 3" I'll never go back!!
