Yes it is pretty crazy. the snow totals for Reno for this storm are not expected to be very big which usually means its a warm storm and the mountains are not going to get too much either. anything helps of course. The past few years it seems like the large dumps have been coming later and later in the season so i am praying that we will get some big storms at the end of Feb into March. I person can dream right =)

ive been riding at iron mtn on 88 the past 2 wed and am going again tommorow. I just go the day after it snows and it hasnt been too bad. obviously its not amazinf but good enough to go. headed back up in the am with some buds. we will have 9 new pros up there and 1 doo if anyone would like to join be there at about 10

Thanks you for the invite trevormezz unfortunately i have been out of work and dont have the money to go ride this year.

To be honest I have never been there. We always head the other way and go up to the gold lake and yuba pass areas. one of these days i need to make a trip up there. looks like a pretty good area to ride.

Bunch of little storms till SAT ... up to a foot expected.

OKAY OKAY ... massive amount of moisture building around Hawaii. About 2 weeks away from US or Canada?

Most of the Sierras received at least a foot in the past 2 days. Suppose to stay below freezing till Saturday.

Most areas above 9000 feet have about 30-40 inches on the ground .... most so far this season

All 3 weather pattern software indicators are saying moisture to hit the Sierras over the the next few weeks. (First time since OCT where all 3 indicators were this far away from "no storm")
